What this policy covers

This is a BuyScout demo store. This shipping policy is illustrative content for a retail demonstration; it does not promise that a real order will be accepted, packed, dispatched, or delivered. Free standard shipping over $75

Orders that checkout identifies as eligible receive free standard shipping when the order total is over $75. If an item, destination, or delivery method is not eligible, checkout should show the available alternative and its price before an order is submitted. Faster delivery, scheduled delivery, oversized freight, and special handling are not included in the free-standard-shipping statement unless checkout says otherwise.

Timing and availability

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Product availability, handling needs, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and destination can all change a delivery window. Items in one cart may travel separately. Furniture, bulky outdoor goods, temperature-sensitive products, and other special-handling items may use a different method or require a scheduled handoff.

A product page may state a more specific lead time or restriction. When it does, that product-specific information should take priority over this general summary. The selected variant and delivery message shown at checkout are the final reference points for the demonstration.

Tracking, changes, and delivery problems

A real merchant would normally send tracking after dispatch and ask the shopper to review the delivery address before submitting an order. This concept store does not provide a monitored fulfillment operation. Do not rely on a demonstration confirmation or tracking state as evidence that a parcel is moving.

If the experience is being used for testing, use the Contact form only for non-sensitive sample information. Do not enter payment details, account passwords, private access instructions, medical information, or other sensitive material.
